General Contracting

General contracting is what Green Arrow was built to do.

When we take on a GC engagement, we take full responsibility: subcontractors, trades coordination, schedule, budget, and the finished product. Most contractors in Jordan bid from rough estimates and discover the real cost during construction. Green Arrow bids from detailed quantity takeoffs. Every line item is verified before the price is set.

What our GC process includes:

  • Quantity takeoffs from construction documents, verified against current Jordanian market rates
  • Fixed-price contracts with documented change order procedures
  • Gantt-format critical path scheduling with weekly milestone tracking
  • Daily site supervision with structured progress documentation
  • Weekly client reports: schedule status, budget variance, issues, decisions needed

Construction Management

For clients who need an expert overseeing the build without holding the contracts directly.

In a CM engagement, Green Arrow is the client’s on-site representative. We manage the schedule, coordinate between trades, verify work meets specifications, and ensure the budget holds. The contractor builds. We make sure they build correctly.

CM is right when you’ve selected a general contractor but want independent oversight, or when project complexity warrants a dedicated management layer between owner and execution team. Eng. Abdullah’s career includes extensive construction management across three countries, overseeing projects where someone else held the contracts and his job was protecting the owner’s interests at every decision point.

Project Management

For clients who need strategic oversight from pre-design through completion.

PM at Green Arrow covers the full lifecycle: feasibility, budget development, consultant selection, design review, procurement strategy, construction oversight, and closeout. It’s the broadest scope we offer, available when a client wants single-point accountability across all phases. Most common with institutional clients and private owners who prefer one relationship over managing multiple consultants.
